Realtor3D ProbiBot is an internal publishing tool used by the site owner to create and publish approved real estate short-form video content to connected social media accounts, including TikTok.

Use of the App

The app may be used only by authorized operators of Realtor3D ProbiBot. Users are responsible for ensuring that any video, caption, image, audio, or other material they publish is accurate, lawful, and that they have the necessary rights and permissions.

TikTok Publishing

When a TikTok account is connected, the app uses TikTok’s official APIs to upload approved videos and related captions to that account. The user remains responsible for TikTok account settings, published content, and compliance with TikTok’s rules and community guidelines.

Content

The app does not claim ownership of user-provided content. By using the app to publish content, the authorized operator confirms that the content may be uploaded and published to the connected account.

Availability

The app is provided as an operational tool and may be updated, interrupted, or discontinued as needed for maintenance, security, API changes, or business reasons.
