Realtor3D ProbiBot is an internal publishing tool used to prepare and publish real estate short-form video content to the owner’s connected TikTok account.

Information We Process

When a TikTok account is connected, the app may process basic TikTok account information made available by TikTok, OAuth access and refresh tokens, video files selected for publishing, captions, titles, publishing status, and technical logs needed to operate and troubleshoot the service.

How We Use Information

We use this information only to authenticate the connected TikTok account, upload approved real estate videos, show publishing status, prevent duplicate posts, maintain security, and troubleshoot errors.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Video content, captions, and account authorization data are shared with TikTok only as required to publish content through TikTok’s official APIs. Service providers such as hosting infrastructure may process data only as needed to run the app.

Storage and Security

OAuth tokens and publishing records are stored on controlled infrastructure and access is restricted to the app operator. We use reasonable technical safeguards to protect credentials and publishing data.

Data Retention

Publishing records and technical logs are kept only as long as needed for operation, troubleshooting, security, and account management. OAuth authorization can be revoked through TikTok account settings or by contacting the app operator.
